MENTAL HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGEINE As part of our 1st phase school internship we had to complete a awareness class related to yhe school based syllabus.I was dealing with the mental health and hygeine of the students.I decided to give rhem an ICT enabled awareaness class ,for that the students were assembled in smart room .The vice principal Jaleel sir gave a introductory speech .I began the class by asking them few questions and as calculated I found some children with mental stress. I discussed certain ways and activity which helped them to make their mind healthy and happy. I also showed them a video which helped them to understand the importance of maintaining good mental health.
