      INNOVATIVE WORK 

         After completing my innovative class ,I also had to do an innovative work on the same concept .I decided to conduct a puppet show on the play 'The Merchant of Venice '.For the session the first step was to write a script for the play .The students carefully read the lesson and presented various scripts of the play.Then we together selected an appropriate script and started to practice the dialogue. The next step was to prepare some puppets for our show so I gave them a class on how to make a puppet from socks.The students was so surprised to see the puppet .Then they tried at their home and made variety of puppets for the show. After that two sets of students were selected for the programme. One was to present the show and other was to present the dialogue .we then selected a suitable day for our show .Every body got ready for the show.It was a really nice programme .Me and my students enjoyed the programme very well .They made me surprised in their performance. The puppet show was recorded and it was shown to the whole students  through laptop.I was really successful in my innovation as I came to know when the story was byheart to the students.

INNOVATIVE LESSON

      INNOVATIVE LESSON 

    During this schedule of internship I had to take an innovative lesson for the students .The main motto of the session was to teach the students innovatively .Through innovative learning the lesson is always taught at its best.I decided to took 'The Merchant of Venice by William Shakespeare.I  gave them an innovative lesson with the help of ICT facilities. At the very first we had a good rapport session and I provided them an Entry Activity through laptop .A picture was given and they were asked to complete the dialogue.  The students  already had previous experience on writing dialogues for plays.So the activity was so interesting and playful for the children.Then I slowly introduced the writer , his biography and further details of him to the students using laptop. The scene wise summary and the characters were elaborated with the help of a video to the students .I used the method of concept mapping to make the students learn the major 10 scenes of the play innovatively. I made the students  aware about the ten scenes by showing each picture scenes and its summary through the laptop.I made the students to read it randomly one by one.I also prepared a Timeline chart of the play ' The Merchant of  Venice'.The students were randomly selected and the students wrote scene by scene in the timeline chart. The students was very energetic .They enjoyed the learning process very much.I was very much successful in my class and planning.
                     

CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAMME

       CONSCIENTIZATION  PROGRAMME 
      
        As part of our B.ed programme we had to take a conscientization programme forbthe students.we worked on the topic 'SOCIAL EVILS AROUND '.As the subject was very social it was very easy to handle the class.Me and my colleagues Minu and Sheetal talked about the various social evils like drug abuse, woman exploitation,child labour etc.

 

One of the most exciting thing while the class was the students we got was really energetic and enthusiastic.The shared the great abundant knowledge they had on these topics.They sharedtheir viewpoints on this topics .It was really a successful awareness class.

School Internship 8th week

School Internship 8th week

   It was the last and final week in our school.we were having a busy schedule .we were running to complete our works. We already completed our lessons. I already completed my innovative lesson  and innovative work .An awareness class of social evils were given to the students as part our conscientisation programme. The achievement test was conducted successfully and I did my diagnostic test.After further analysis a remedial teaching session was given to the students.we were rushing to complete our works as we had to go back to our college to attend the first phase of comission.

CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 

The grading classes for the SSLC students was kept on continuing.The time table section of the highschool students were totally rearranged which cause a great confusion among students and both teachers.

CO CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 

The co curricular activities for the students kept on going very well.The karate and yoga classes were going on very well as  daily.
It was really painful to bid goodbye to the students and teachers .we were like a family .I will really miss them all so much....

School Internship 7th week

                  The school aways excelled in its peak on its name by the talents of the students.An outstanding set of students along with a well executive set of teachers makes awesome efforts and results for the school.Our students also won prizes for the state level youth festival.For congratulating them itself there was a morning assembly at the very first day of the week. Hon.HM showered blessings and congratulated for their efforts.Certificates for the winners were distributed in that assembly.The HM also conveyed thankfulness in her and school's name for Jinsha J.S and shyamili shyam who gained more than 50 prizes for the school by participating different level of competions for the school.

 

Even in this great sweetness of happiness in the school a bad news appeared as sad demise of an efficent teacher smt.Bharathi teacher who worked in the school for more than 25 years. A special assembly was arranged in the school compound for praying that may her soul rest in peace.The assembly was dismissed after the two minute silent prayer.

CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 

The school always payed their great attention to the curricular activities of the school. A well set of  highly qualified teacher always made the learning very qualitative . The smart rooms were always engaged by the students and teachers for making the learning more innovative. The school also were active to give music and art sessions for increasing their inborn talents.Grading classes were properly arranged for the SSLC students and were handled by a set of well efficent teachers.

CO CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 

 The school provide a wide variety of co curricular activities for the students like music,art,physica education,karate,yoga etc.The students also showing their interest to participate in all these was a remarkable point.

School Internship 6th week

     The school reopened after the christmas vaccation on 1st January.It was the first day of a bright new year. Everyone wished happy new year each other.The year is filled with new hopes,desires etc. The students were very eager to share their experiences on their christmas holidays.The eco club of the school was also active in the new year also for maintaining the greenery of the school. The National Green Corps Ecoclub established their board in the school front.The activities of the club in the school was outstanding.

There was a bad news for the school in the begining of new year itself.The demise of former teacher sri.prabhakaran sir.There was an assembly on wednesday morning in condolence and pray for his soul. There was also a 1 minute silent prayer for him.

CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 

A specially designed curricular calendar was provided to each class for recording their daily activities.It also provided a reflection to what the students did in their each period. The studwnts were eagerly waiting for their answer sheets.The teachers were orderd to submit the mark list of the students in the week itself.The students were asked to do the answer the question paper of all the subjects and complete their notebook.

CO CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES  

 The school always showed their great mind to mould the different talents of students.They also provide wide range of platforms and opportunities to the students. The karate and yoga classes for the students started again without any delay after the re opwning.yoga classes were given to boys and karate for girls.Another programme named Navaprabha was also conducted in the school who faced difficulty to read and write. The school always excelled in their performances.

       As per the academic calendar the Christmas Examination was going to ne conducted on this week. The teachers and students were ready to face the examination.Only on monday therevwas afull day class.The day began with a morning assembly. In the assembly there distributed the prizes for sub district  and district youth festival which was held a few days back. The vice principal Sri.Abdul Jaleel distributed the prizes for students. Jinsha J.S won the prize for both Malayalam and English speech.Abhinav.s won the recitation speech etc .The students of 8 E won the prize for vanjipaattu.our school also won many prize in sasthramela as well.

    
           We also got opportunity to interact with up students as rhe up teachers were busy with exam schedules.The students were very energetic and enthusiastic . The students were very careful to keep their classes clean and they also showed great interest in taking care of their small garden before their class.It was a great happy moment.
